Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Officer to responsible for bringing in new business, projects, and maintaining clients. Duties and Responsibilities: â?¢ Search for projects online in internet market places like Elance, Odesk, Freelance, and Guro etc. â?¢ Bid for project and follow through to get the project. â?¢ Write proposals, quotes working from the feedback of engineering and Operations â?¢ Negotiate well, tendency and experience of winning. â?¢ Creating requirements, Functional Specs, Communicating with clients, breaking projects into tasks and assigning tasks to the team members, providing timely feedback to the clients. Applicant should make sure that applications created are of good quality. â?¢ Day to day communication & follow up with clients from start to the end of project. â?¢ Maintaining long term relations with clients on permanent basis and ensuring further projects from clients â?¢ We expect the candidate to work independently and generate projects. â?¢ Portfolio maintenance on Elance, oDesk and other marketplaces â?¢ The candidate should be able to meet given target on monthly & quarterly basis. â?¢ Responsible for reviewing sales performance, improving and identifying new opportunities. Skills Required: The candidate MUST have :- â?¢ ELance,Odesk or similar website experience â?¢ Excellent Command Over Written and Spoken English â?¢ Experience in Communicating with International Clients â?¢ Goal Oriented, Target Oriented, Result Oriented â?¢ Skills to write comprehensive Business Proposals & Bids â?¢ 1-3 Year Experience in Software Services sales. â?¢ Know-how of Software Development Lifecycle. â?¢ Know-how of mobile development platforms and Open Source web development. â?¢ Must have a high Aptitude of Selling. â?¢ Must be a great team player. â?¢ Candidates should be dynamic enough to achieve our monthly targets.
