None Who would the position interact with for job performance? Regional Manager (Regional Head / Manager) for vision, direction and support. Head of Department – Retail & HNW Investments for mentoring & support. Deputy Manager – Retail & Business Analysis for performance monitoring & research support. HR Business Partner for HR related matters. Talent Development Manager for training related matters. Senior Manager – Investment Management Department for structuring SMA accounts for HNW clients. Client Relationship Executive/Manager for providing timely services to clients Processor for processing of applications. What are the expectations from this job? Specifically targets the HNW market i.e. Entrepreneurs, CEOs, Presidents, Senior Executives, Businessmen and other high profile individuals. To add AUM of minimum Rs. 15 Million (Net) on monthly basis and Rs. 180 Million in a year from high net worth individual investors. Identifies prospective clients, prepares presentations, follows up on client contacts, and closes the sale of investment services to high net worth individual investors. Assists in the development and launch of new products and marketing efforts. Maintains in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of all applicable investment products. Maintains an up-to-date record of meeting notes and calling activity. Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product and service changes. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks. Works closely with families, individuals and businesses to provide customized recommendations to help them meet their financial goals Consult with clients on investment strategies, products and services that are suitable for their needs Respond to client questions and requests Track and translate investment performance and make recommendations Builds a strong and long-term relationship with clients Establishes a network of referrals Balances referral activities, customer follow up, prospect building, and administrative tasks SECTION 2: PERSON SPECIFICATION Required Skill Set Superior sales and presentation skills. Comprehensive knowledge of investment products and how to position them for maximum effectiveness with different audiences. High degree of energy, motivation and ability to set own priorities. Sustained superior sales production record. Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with others to accomplish objectives. Well groomed and should possess good interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Knowledge of Financial Products, pertaining specifically to the Mutual Funds Industry Academic/Professional qualifications needed including any specialization Minimum business bachelor's degree required; MBA from reputed local university would be preferred. Certified Mutual Fund Distributor would be preferred. How many years of experience Related: 3-5 years At least 3 years of experience in Asset Management Industry with prime focus on dealing with high net worth sales.
